External contractor – project scope based

Purpose of the Position

We need support with general IT set-up and maintenance, including transitioning a Synergy based server to cloud based, staff training, and general systems maintenance and support.

Mandatory Requirements of the Position

  • Microsoft 365 administration experience
  • Server and cloud based file management, including an understanding of privacy legislation requirements
  • General networking set-ups – WiFi, printers, laptop access etc
  • Evaluating existing business tech to identify weaknesses and areas for improvement

Highly Desirable Experience

  • Background in working for small-to-medium not-for-profits
  • An understanding of opportunities for charities with software providers
  • Working with clients to improve business efficiency
